“The Village” is a multi-purpose shopping complex in the city of Ferizaj, the second largest metropolitan area in Kosovo, 40 km from the capital, Pristina, 50 km from Skopje and 60 km from Prizren. The affected catchment area includes the entire metropolitan area of Ferizaj, Pristina, neighboring areas, up to Skopje in Macedonia, with a total density of 2,500,000 inhabitants.
